What you need to know about your safari before, during and after.


Our vehicle take a maximum of 7 people.

Our safaris allow plenty of free time for you to do your own things - within the framework of the itinerary.

Not at all ! There is a single supplement charge for single travellers on our safaris. We will help you with this if you do specifically request single room provision.

All our safaris are hotel based so, you do not need a sleeping bag.

You should bring your own adaptors and spare batteries. Our vehicles don’t have facilities for charging cameras and phone batteries. When you are in lodges and hotels you can of course charge your equipment if you have the necessary adaptor.

All passengers must be insured to cover personal accident, medical expenses, cancellation, curtailment and repatriation. No passenger will be allowed on safari without suitable insurance.  If you are considering optional excursions such as bungee jumping, white water rafting, or diving etc please ensure your policy covers such activities.

Yes. We can organize extra accommodation for the start of your expedition. Just let us know your arrival details and room type.

The following types of accommodation are used: hotels, lodges, luxurious andlodges/camps.

Most hotels have safes either behind reception or in the rooms. Please note that all items placed in these safe boxes are done so at your own risk and that we take no responsibility for such belongings. When on safari, you need only be as conscience as you are at home.

Yes. If you have any food allergies, intolerances or you are a vegetarian please inform us at time of booking. Please also inform us when booking your safari of any medical conditions that you may have, so that we can cater to any requirements this entails and advise accordingly.

3 meals a day are offered while on safari. Please note that sometimes we do stop on the way for picnic lunch to allow us to be still on time

Your driver works really hard to ensure you have a great trip, so please don’t hold back if you feel they have earned a tip for their efforts.
